DESCRIPTION

This hydro-desloughing, poly absorbent pad is sterile and made of non-woven fibers coated with TLC-Ag. Its impressive features include fast and effective anti-biofilm action, proven antimicrobial efficacy, and continuous cleaning for up to 7 days. Each 200ml bottle contains 4.4g of MF6# fiber blend to promote regular bowel function. Enjoy comfort and ease of use with this versatile dressing.

This dressing offers a high efficacy in eliminating biofilm, with a 99.99% reduction in just 24 hours and continued protection for up to 7 days from reattachment. It works quickly against even resistant strains of bacteria, providing relief within 30 minutes. The strong acrylic core allows for easy, pain-free removal and the dressing is conformable and easy to reposition for optimal wound care. Plus, it has a high ability to trap and retain wound debris for improved healing.

For all wounds at risk or showing signs of infection, including those in the debridement stage, this dressing is suitable. This includes exuding wounds, chronic wounds, leg ulcers, pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, and long-standing acute wounds.

Please note the following contraindications: If you have a known sensitivity to silver, UrgoClean Ag may not be suitable for you. It should not be used as a surgical sponge for heavily bleeding wounds. Additionally, avoid using it with hydrogen peroxide, organomercuric antiseptics, or hexamidine. Also, refrain from using it on patients undergoing a Magnetic Resonance (MRI) examination.

Treatment with UrgoClean Ag should always be done under medical supervision. It is important to note that the use of this dressing does not replace the need for appropriate anti-bacterial treatment for infected wounds in accordance with local policies. For your convenience, the soft-adherent Silver Healing Matrix (TLC-Ag) of UrgoClean Ag is designed to adhere to latex surgical gloves. Please handle the dressing with care and avoid touching the soft-adherent side or use sterile pliers when necessary. It is not recommended to use other local treatments with this dressing. Additionally, please be cautious of using this product during electronic measurements, such as EEG and ECG, as it may interfere. Please keep in mind that there is limited data on the prolonged and repeated use of silver-containing dressings, especially in children and newborns. As there is no specific clinical data available, it is not recommended for use in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Also, it should not be used in a hyperbaric chamber.

RETURN POLICY

Faulty or Damaged Products

If the product you received is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at  0415 410 167 or  sales@therapyproductshub.com.au to report the issue. We will arrange for the product to be collected from you at no charge, or we may ask you to dispose of it responsibly. If a pickup is arranged, a Goods Return Authority (GRA) number will be provided, which must be clearly displayed on the outer return packaging.

Upon return, you can choose from the following options:

Refund of the purchase price

Credit on your Therapy Products Hub account for future use.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please ensure you have a copy of the delivery docket, invoice, or proof of purchase documentation for verification.

Change of Mind Policy

If you change your mind about a product and wish to return it, Therapy Products Hub will accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is a standard stock item and was not specially ordered upon your request. 

For nutritional products, they must have at least 30 days of shelf life remaining and not require special storage.

 You contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving the product. 

The product remains in its original, unused condition. Packaged items must be unopened, unmarked, and in a re-sellable condition.

Proof of purchase (delivery docket, invoice, etc.) is provided.

You obtain a GRA number by contacting our Customer Service team, and this number is displayed on the external return packaging (not on the product itself). 

You agree to cover a restocking fee, which includes the cost of arranging the return (unless you personally return the goods to our warehouse).

 If these criteria are met, you can opt for a refund or a credit on your account for future purchases.
