Ways to Order
Placing an order with Therapy Products Hub is simple. You can order through our website, by phone, or via email. For more information on placing orders, please contact our team.
Can I track my order?
We will send your tracking number along with your shipping invoice and you may track your order via Australia Post from here.
Delivery
We understand the importance of timely delivery. Therapy Products Hub uses a reliable nationwide network to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
Metro areas: 1-5 business days
Regional areas: 2-7 business days
If your order is delayed beyond these timeframes, it may be due to a back order (out-of-stock item). For back order delivery estimates, please contact our Customer Service team at 0415 410 167 or sales@therapyproductshub.com.au .
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Charges
Online Orders: Free delivery on orders over $50. For orders below $50, a delivery fee of $7.95 (inclusive of GST) applies.
Phone or Email Orders: Free delivery on orders over $99. Orders under $99 incur an $8.95 flat rate for delivery across Australia.
Same-Day & Urgent Delivery
We offer same-day delivery for customers within metro areas and overnight express for other locations. Urgent orders are priced on application. Please contact our Customer Service team for an express courier quote if you require emergency delivery.
Do You Deliver Outside Australia?
No - Sorry, we do not ship outside of Australia.
Do You Deliver To Post Office Boxes?
Australia Post delivers around Australia to residential, business or PO Box addresses. Please click here for deliver times and restrictions.
International Orders
Currently, Therapy Products Hub only ships within Australia.
Custom Orders & Special Requests
When placing an order online, you can specify any special delivery instructions during checkout. If you require discrete packaging or separate addresses for delivery and invoicing, simply select these options at checkout or let us know when placing an order over the phone.
Order Tracking
For online orders, you can track the progress by logging into your account with your email and password. For other orders, please contact our Customer Service team at 0415 410 167 or sales@therapyproductshub.com.au, and provide your customer number and order details for assistance.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the delivery agent will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or picking up your package. You may also provide specific delivery instructions, such as “leave on verandah if no one is home,” when placing your order.
Return and Lost Parcels
Australia Post may return parcels to us for the following reasons:

Refused
Unclaimed
We do not take responsibility for parcels that are incorrectly or insufficiently addressed.
We will be in touch with you via email or phone and please be aware that re sending these parcels will incur a charge towards the additional postage costs, based on standard Australia Post fees.
Where the address is confirmed as 100% correct we will resend the parcel at our expense. Please remember to include the company name if the goods are being delivered to a business address.
