Layer 1, KTECH, offers short-stretch compression, protection, and absorbency, while Layer 2, KPRESS, provides cohesive long-stretch compression to achieve therapeutic pressure and secure the bandages in place. With the unique PresSure system technology, this bandage system ensures efficacy and compliance. You'll experience accurate pressure of 20mmHg from the first application, and it will maintain its position for up to 7 days. Plus, you'll enjoy comfort day and night without worrying about latex, as this bandage is latex-free.
Indications:
This product is perfect for treating leg ulcers caused by venous or mixed aetiology in patients with an ABPI greater than 0.6. It can also help reduce venous oedema and lymphoedema.
Contraindications:
This product is suitable for people with arterial conditions, such as arterial ulcers, as well as those with known or suspected arterial disease. It is also recommended for patients with diabetic microangiopathy, ischaemic phlebitis, septic thrombosis, or ulceration caused by infection. Please note: do not use this product if you have an allergy to any of its components.
Precautions:
Please verify a ABPI of over 0.6 before prescribing the bandage system, using Doppler ultrasound. For those with diabetes, heart failure, or advanced microvascular disease, close medical monitoring and appropriate treatment should be applied when using the compression system. Prior to beginning treatment with the compression system, please ensure that any infection related to peri-ulcer infectious dermatosis has been addressed. In rare cases where ulcers originate from vasculitis, haemopathy, pyoderma, or gangrenosum, please only use the compression system after consulting a specialist. The effectiveness of UrgoK2 (or UrgoK2 Lite) has been tested and confirmed for use with KTECH (or KTECH LITE) and KPRESS together. The Pressure System is specifically designed to assist with the application of the bandages; it is crucial to follow the instructions carefully in order to achieve the recommended therapeutic pressure. Faulty or Damaged Products
If the product you received is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at 0415 410 167 or sales@therapyproductshub.com.au to report the issue. We will arrange for the product to be collected from you at no charge, or we may ask you to dispose of it responsibly. If a pickup is arranged, a Goods Return Authority (GRA) number will be provided, which must be clearly displayed on the outer return packaging.

Refund of the purchase price
Credit on your Therapy Products Hub account for future use.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please ensure you have a copy of the delivery docket, invoice, or proof of purchase documentation for verification.
Change of Mind Policy
If you change your mind about a product and wish to return it, Therapy Products Hub will accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is a standard stock item and was not specially ordered upon your request.
For nutritional products, they must have at least 30 days of shelf life remaining and not require special storage.
You contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product remains in its original, unused condition. Packaged items must be unopened, unmarked, and in a re-sellable condition.
Proof of purchase (delivery docket, invoice, etc.) is provided.
You obtain a GRA number by contacting our Customer Service team, and this number is displayed on the external return packaging (not on the product itself).
You agree to cover a restocking fee, which includes the cost of arranging the return (unless you personally return the goods to our warehouse).
If these criteria are met, you can opt for a refund or a credit on your account for future purchases.
