The Children's Surgical Face Mask is designed to meet the standard ASTM F2100-11 level 3 for optimal protection, including high bacterial filtration efficiency and low breathing resistance for maximum comfort. It is a one size fits all mask with an adjustable nose bridge for a personalized fit. Each mask is individually packaged and latex-free, making it suitable for single-use. With its flame resistant properties and 50 masks per box, it is a convenient and reliable option for parents looking for a breathable and comfortable option for their children.

General Information:

A surgical face mask is worn over the nose and mouth to protect against inhaling airborne particles and prevent unhealthy particles from spreading. It is tested for bacterial and particulate filtration efficiency, fluid resistance, and breathability. Unlike cloth face coverings, the medical face mask is carefully designed and manufactured to effectively prevent the spread of disease and alleviate respiratory distress caused by heavy pollution. It is recommended for use by the general public, especially vulnerable individuals and healthcare workers, as well as front line workers. Wearing this mask can limit exposure to smoke, pollution, concrete/sawdust, water/virus particles, and bacteria.

Technical Information:

With a BFE of over 99% for media larger than 3 microns, this mask offers excellent protection against potential infection. BFE is tested independently by authorized facilities to determine the effectiveness of face mask materials in filtering out bacteria.

When properly worn, this mask uses super high Particulate Filtration Efficiency (PFE) material to filter over 99% of particles larger than 0.1 microns. It's specially designed to create a strong barrier against particulate matter from laser plumes and electrocautery procedures. PFE measures how well the mask's material filters out particulate matter.

BREATHABILITY (DELTA P)

Delta P, which is tested by approved Independent testing facilities, measures the breathability of mask materials and ranks masks based on comfort and coolness for surgical mask wearers. The lower the figure, the cooler and more comfortable the mask.

Where the address is confirmed as 100% correct we will resend the parcel at our expense. Please remember to include the company name if the goods are being delivered to a business address.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If the product you received is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at  0415 410 167 or  sales@therapyproductshub.com.au to report the issue. We will arrange for the product to be collected from you at no charge, or we may ask you to dispose of it responsibly. If a pickup is arranged, a Goods Return Authority (GRA) number will be provided, which must be clearly displayed on the outer return packaging.

Upon return, you can choose from the following options:

Refund of the purchase price

Credit on your Therapy Products Hub account for future use.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please ensure you have a copy of the delivery docket, invoice, or proof of purchase documentation for verification.

Change of Mind Policy

If you change your mind about a product and wish to return it, Therapy Products Hub will accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is a standard stock item and was not specially ordered upon your request. 

For nutritional products, they must have at least 30 days of shelf life remaining and not require special storage.

 You contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving the product. 

The product remains in its original, unused condition. Packaged items must be unopened, unmarked, and in a re-sellable condition.

Proof of purchase (delivery docket, invoice, etc.) is provided.

You obtain a GRA number by contacting our Customer Service team, and this number is displayed on the external return packaging (not on the product itself). 

You agree to cover a restocking fee, which includes the cost of arranging the return (unless you personally return the goods to our warehouse).

 If these criteria are met, you can opt for a refund or a credit on your account for future purchases.
